Responsibilities

• ▹Identify automation opportunities within business processes
• ▹Evaluate the technological and business feasibility of processes
• ▹Define automation backlog and initiative roadmap
• ▹Analyze business value, impact, and feasibility of initiatives
• ▹Work with functional and technical teams to implement solutions
• ▹Document requirements and improvement opportunities
• ▹Drive digital transformation initiatives through automation and AI

Requirements

• ▹Degree in Systems Engineering, Software, Computer Science, IT, or related field
• ▹At least 4 years of experience in process automation
• ▹Experience evaluating automation opportunities through BPM/BPMS, RPA, and AI
• ▹Experience analyzing business processes and defining prioritization criteria
• ▹Knowledge of BPM/BPMS
• ▹Knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar)
• ▹Process modeling (BPMN)
• ▹Knowledge of data integration and APIs
• ▹Native-level Spanish

Nice to have

• ▹Certifications in BPM, RPA, AI, or process management
• ▹Prior experience at multinational tech companies, consultancies, or digital transformation firms
