Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Define and evolve the brand's visual identity across digital, marketing, and product platforms
• ▹Lead the creation and implementation of design systems to streamline workflows and maintain brand coherence
• ▹Be proficient across design, web, animation, and video tools (CS, After Effects, Blender, Houdini, Figma, WordPress/Webflow, Final Cut)
• ▹Harness AI tools like MidJourney and Veo3 to accelerate creative work
• ▹Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams
• ▹Manage internal and freelance designers plus external agencies
• ▹Drive high-impact campaigns blending storytelling with executional excellence

Requirements

• ▹Proven track record of creativity and execution at a senior level
• ▹5-7 years minimum experience, agency or in-house
• ▹Expertise across branding, events, social media, advertising, video, motion graphics
• ▹Proficiency with design, web, animation, and video tools, including AI design tools
• ▹Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and managing external partners
• ▹Experience in tech, Web3, or high-growth startup environments
