Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Azure/Windows/Linux)

Responsibilities

• ▹Support and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure (VMs, networking, backups, monitoring, access)
• ▹Administer Windows and Linux servers
• ▹Deploy and configure cloud resources
• ▹Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues
• ▹Support monitoring, backup, patching and lifecycle activities
• ▹Participate in migrations and infrastructure improvement initiatives
• ▹Contribute to automation using scripting and standard tools
• ▹Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs and runbooks
• ▹Support incident, problem and change management processes

Requirements

• ▹Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure administration
• ▹Good knowledge of Windows Server administration
• ▹Basic to solid Linux administration skills
• ▹Experience with infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting
• ▹Scripting experience with PowerShell and/or Bash
• ▹Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, routing, connectivity)
• ▹Experience with patching, backup and operational support processes
• ▹Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Azure DevOps, Terraform or Ansible
• ▹Basic knowledge of AWS
• ▹Experience with SQL Server or other database platforms
• ▹Azure certification or relevant technical training
• ▹Experience in hybrid cloud or enterprise infrastructure environments
