Backend Developer (Java)

Responsibilities

• ▹Collaborate with the development team, Product Owner, and Engineering Manager on real product tasks
• ▹Select and implement the necessary tools, technologies, and techniques
• ▹Design and implement application architecture
• ▹Perform code review and code quality control per established development standards
• ▹Write efficient code

Requirements

• ▹Spring: Core, MVC, Security, Boot (4+ years)
• ▹Understanding of microservices architecture, Event Sourcing, CQRS, and DDD
• ▹Experience with high-load systems
• ▹RESTful services development experience (4+ years)
• ▹Persistence frameworks: Spring Data, Hibernate (4+ years)
• ▹Branch-based workflow experience (git)
• ▹Messaging: ActiveMQ / JMS
• ▹Thorough understanding of RDBMS: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and non-RDBMS like Cassandra
• ▹Unit testing with JUnit and Mockito
• ▹Experience with Docker containers in production (1+ year)
• ▹Strong understanding and usage of SOLID principles and software design patterns
• ▹Experience with continuous integration, principles and instruments
