Responsibilities

• ▹Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across Flosum's five product lines: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding and DevOps for Veeva
• ▹Identify whitespace opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem to create new categories or capture market share
• ▹Translate deep Salesforce platform knowledge (metadata architecture, deployment models, Agentforce, Data Cloud, multi-org environments) into product capabilities
• ▹Track Salesforce's own product direction across its three yearly releases and position Flosum accordingly
• ▹Lead the next wave of AI-powered DevOps capabilities built on Agentforce (intelligent deployment agents, AI-driven code review, automated security scanning, predictive release management)
• ▹Define how Flosum's extensibility platform enables custom AI-driven workflows within Salesforce's trust boundary
• ▹Pioneer agent-aware governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI agents
• ▹Engage directly with Fortune 500 customers and prospects to understand pain points around Salesforce development, security, compliance and data management

Requirements

• ▹Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including metadata architecture, deployment models, Agentforce, Data Cloud and multi-org environments
• ▹Ability to work directly with the CEO and engineering leadership to define and ship products
• ▹Strong product vision and conviction to create new categories within an established ecosystem
