Solution Architect (Government Presales Team)

Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze customer needs from tenders, RFPs and RFIs
• ▹Gather and synthesize business needs and constraints to define architecture drivers
• ▹Perform ballpark estimations and risk evaluation
• ▹Design end-to-end solution concepts, architecture, tech stack and work breakdown structure
• ▹Compare solution options via trade-off analysis
• ▹Collaborate closely with sales, business analysts, UX designers and domain experts
• ▹Prepare technical proposal content (architecture vision, diagrams, risks, estimates)
• ▹Support workshops, discovery sessions and presentations
• ▹Develop proofs of concept

Requirements

• ▹8+ years of software development experience (.NET, JavaScript or Java)
• ▹3+ years of technical leadership and software architecture experience
• ▹Experience with pricing, effort estimation and commercial proposals
• ▹Experience in government sector or compliance-heavy environments
• ▹Strong understanding of AI-related solutions
• ▹Hands-on experience with RFP/RFI responses and technical bid activities
• ▹Good understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud (AWS, Azure), cybersecurity, integration and data
• ▹Strong understanding of non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability)
• ▹At least Upper-Intermediate English
• ▹Advanced or Native Ukrainian

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with ISO 25010 and practical NFR experience
• ▹Strong communication and presentation skills
• ▹Confidence in senior stakeholder discussions
