Technical Designer - Talent Pipeline

Responsibilities

• ▹Design strong gameplay, narrative, and mechanical elements to create a full game experience
• ▹Design captivating experiences that push boundaries and deliver innovative gameplay
• ▹Lead the implementation of important gameplay components from beginning to end, using Blueprint scripting, Sequencer, and other UE systems
• ▹Collaborate closely with design leaders to develop and refine engaging gameplay experiences

Requirements

• ▹2+ years of game design experience in the industry, with Unreal Engine 5 experience in a design or tech design capacity
• ▹Self-motivated and proactive in identifying design and technical issues
• ▹Proficiency in visual scripting languages, particularly UE Blueprints (2+ years of experience)
• ▹Proven ability to create functional prototypes
• ▹Strong communication skills in conveying vision to the team
• ▹Ability to adhere to design guidelines and write design documentation
• ▹Ability to balance design ambition within production constraints and meet deadlines
• ▹Ability to interpret and integrate constructive feedback
• ▹Ability to anticipate, identify, and articulate problem areas and develop solutions
• ▹Experience working in a team environment
• ▹B2 English level, conversational and written

• ▹Player/design experience with strategy games
