SharePoint (M365) Architect / Team Leader

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and develop SharePoint (M365) solutions using SharePoint Online, as well as build and maintain .NET applications and web services
• ▹Design and develop automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
• ▹Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape transformation roadmaps and solution options
• ▹Lead a high-performing team, mentor talent, and contribute to building a Center of Excellence
• ▹Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• ▹Develop and maintain technical documentation
• ▹Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• ▹Proven experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Apps and Dynamics 365
• ▹Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and related web technologies (React/Angular)
• ▹Experience with RESTful services and APIs
• ▹Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• ▹Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, MVC)
• ▹Experience with broader M365 ecosystem components (Teams, Exchange Online, Security & Compliance)
• ▹Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure App Service and Azure DevOps
• ▹Microsoft certifications
