Principal Consultant – AI Infrastructure Services

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the establishment of program governance and delivery quality assurance
• ▹Oversee the project portfolio and lead project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• ▹Establish RAID, change control, and status communication
• ▹Serve as single point of contact for executive-level communication with customers and Dell leadership
• ▹Coach and mentor team members, building trusted advisor status with customers

Requirements

• ▹Mastery of program and project delivery methods
• ▹Successful track record in complex IT services delivery program management (multi-customer, multi-site, multi-project, multi-year)
• ▹Experience operating in complex, matrix environments
