
Senior Cyber Incident Response Analyst
Senior Cyber Incident Response Analyst role in Sweden at an international cybersecurity and PCI specialist, covering incident response, intrusion analysis and digital forensics.
Responsibilities
- ▹Perform Incident Response activities for new and existing customers, respond to cyber incidents
- ▹Proactively hunt for adversaries in customer networks
- ▹Conduct detailed intrusion analysis at host and network level
- ▹Perform malware reverse engineering
- ▹Provide digital forensics and Cyber Threat Intelligence services
- ▹Deliver proactive client services: compromise assessments, evaluate and recommend incident response tools and technology
Requirements
- ▹Customer focus, ability to work directly with customers and present delivered services face-to-face
- ▹Ability to multitask on several technical and operational issues simultaneously
- ▹Good understanding of and empathy for customer issues
- ▹Ability to think through difficult issues and provide advice
- ▹Clear understanding of ITIL processes
- ▹Sound judgement in resolving issues and making recommendations
- ▹Initiative to drive incidents to resolution, ensuring timely stakeholder participation
- ▹Willingness to escalate to upper management, including C-level, per procedures when required
- ▹Incident management and communication experience
- ▹Experience meeting deadlines while following processes and procedures
- ▹Ability to work with other teams
- ▹Understanding of ITIL, SANS, PCI DSS, ISO 27001 and ISO 20000
- ▹Logical thought mindset and experience developing reusable processes and data architectures
- ▹Professional or native Swedish and professional English
- ▹Host intrusion analysis on Windows (endpoint and server) and Unix, network intrusion analysis, familiarity with malware categories and reverse engineering techniques
