Responsibilities

• ▹Help develop KoBold's proprietary software exploration tools
• ▹Find, curate and integrate geophysical, geochemical, geologic and geographic data into KoBold's data system
• ▹Build statistically valid models predicting the locations of compositional anomalies in the Earth's crust
• ▹Work with geoscientists to create 2D and 3D geologic predictions
• ▹Identify exploration targets and design field data-collection programs
• ▹Identify and quantify uncertainty in data and predictions

Requirements

• ▹Experience building predictive models and applying scientific computing, statistical or physics-based methods
• ▹Python and git experience
• ▹Background in data science or a closely related field
