Responsibilities

• ▹Design and ship production-grade AI agents that are mission-critical and drive revenue
• ▹Own the full Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot through deployment and iteration
• ▹Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups to understand challenges and build AI agents
• ▹Shape the future of the platform based on customer work, prototyping new tools and features
• ▹Experiment with the latest voice models and integrate them at enterprise scale

Requirements

• ▹Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
• ▹Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
• ▹A builder and tinkerer's mindset with high agency
• ▹Comfort working directly with customers to solve real-world problems
• ▹Excellent, clear, direct, and persuasive communication skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production
• ▹Prior experience as a founder or founding engineer
• ▹Familiarity with AI agent tooling: eval frameworks, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering
• ▹Experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go
• ▹Previous customer-facing or technical project leadership roles
