Responsibilities

• ▹Own end-to-end technical delivery of customer deployments: planning, installation, integration, validation
• ▹Partner with Solution Architects to translate architecture and design into validated technical configurations
• ▹Drive implementations to customer acceptance, owning quality and managing expectations
• ▹Configure customer technical specifications, integration requirements and interface preferences
• ▹Resolve technical issues during installation, including log analysis
• ▹Collaborate with product and engineering teams on feature requests
• ▹Review customer feedback and recommend technical changes
• ▹Help build and maintain internal deployment standards and documentation

Requirements

• ▹Systems thinking: ability to reason about how infrastructure, applications and customer workflows interact
• ▹Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily technical work
• ▹Experience with on-premise, SaaS and cloud deployment environments
