Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and manage software engineering team(s)
• ▹Manage the development, testing, implementation and support of software
• ▹Set project schedules, design project parameters and monitor tasks
• ▹Define and develop tasks among team members in an agile environment
• ▹Translate the technical roadmap into actionable plans
• ▹Develop and implement department policies, procedures and standards
• ▹Develop and implement process improvements
• ▹Conduct technical presentations for management
• ▹Support the deployment of new functions/applications into production
