• ▹Lead multi-quarter technical initiatives from problem framing through rollout (trace aggregation APIs, Limitless Tempo, autoscaling cells, query engine improvements)
• ▹Own the architecture of Tempo
• ▹Push performance further at high ingestion and query loads
• ▹Prepare Tempo for agent-driven workloads and AI-powered workflows
