Responsibilities

• ▹Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various sources
• ▹Develop and implement statistical and machine learning models to solve complex business problems
• ▹Create data visualization dashboards
• ▹Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven improvement opportunities
• ▹Design and run A/B tests to optimize processes and business strategies
• ▹Stay up to date with the latest advances in data science and machine learning
• ▹Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and accessibility
• ▹Provide technical mentorship to junior data scientists and analysts

Requirements

• ▹Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
• ▹3+ years of experience in data science or a related field
• ▹Strong programming skills in Python, R, and SQL
• ▹Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques
• ▹Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
• ▹Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
• ▹Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
• ▹Excellent communication skills, able to present complex results to non-technical audiences
• ▹Experience analyzing and modeling data at scale
