Senior AI Compute Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Deploy, manage, and maintain AI infrastructure for new and existing customers
• ▹Act as domain expert with customers from planning through implementation
• ▹Produce handover documentation and knowledge transfers for customer support
• ▹Provide feedback to internal teams (bug reports, workarounds, improvement suggestions)

Requirements

• ▹Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• ▹8+ years providing in-depth support and deployment services in data centers, hardware and software troubleshooting
• ▹Knowledge of Linux OS, administration, process management, package management, task scheduling, kernel management, boot procedures/troubleshooting, performance reporting/optimization/logging
• ▹Knowledge of data center network products and protocols
• ▹Knowledge of data center monitoring solutions
• ▹Strong interpersonal skills, resolving customer-blocking issues
• ▹Excellent verbal and written English
• ▹Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task with limited supervision

Nice to have

• ▹NVIDIA certifications (AI Infrastructure and Operations/AI Infrastructure/AI Operations or equivalent)
• ▹Kubernetes experience
• ▹Experience with AI-focused hardware (GPUs) or software (training/inference)
• ▹Scripting/automation tooling background
• ▹Industry-standard data center certifications
