Responsibilities

• ▹Design enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 Security architectures
• ▹Lead security modernization initiatives aligned with Zero Trust principles
• ▹Conduct architecture reviews, security assessments, and risk analysis workshops
• ▹Develop security roadmaps and transformation strategies
• ▹Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 E5 Security and Compliance capabilities
• ▹Design and implement Microsoft Entra ID solutions
• ▹Architect hybrid identity environments integrating Active Directory and Entra ID
• ▹Implement Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Protection, PIM, Identity Governance, Access Reviews, Lifecycle Workflows
• ▹Lead identity security and modernization programs
• ▹Support customers moving toward passwordless authentication
• ▹Lead implementation of Microsoft Purview data security and compliance solutions

Requirements

• ▹Experienced Cloud Security Architect (CSA) in Microsoft 365 Security, Identity, Compliance, and Data Protection
• ▹Technical advisory experience with enterprise customers
• ▹Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender XDR
• ▹Italian language proficiency
