Responsibilities

• ▹Motivate, coach and empower development teams and their managers with an agile mindset
• ▹Lead and manage multiple development teams
• ▹Participate in international projects, coordinating dependencies and orchestrating releases

Requirements

• ▹Solid understanding of software design patterns
• ▹Extensive experience as a software architect
• ▹Very strong experience as a developer or devops, expert level
• ▹Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript and JS frameworks (React or Angular), or Go Lang
• ▹Strong knowledge of DevOps best practices
• ▹Solid experience managing multiple development teams
• ▹Deep knowledge of microservice-based architectures
• ▹Hands-on experience developing complex software solutions
• ▹Exposure to international projects
• ▹Very strong communication skills
