QA Engineer (Manual Testing)

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and execute comprehensive test plans for the cross-platform add-in (Windows, Mac, Web)
• ▹Verify data integrity and performance of real-time API connections between Excel and Cloud ERP systems
• ▹Perform root cause analysis using telemetry logs and API responses
• ▹Collaborate with the development team during early design phases (spec review)

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's/Master's degree in a STEM discipline
• ▹Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros)
• ▹Proficiency in testing RESTful APIs and OData services using tools like Postman
• ▹Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps), and Jira
• ▹Excellent written English

Nice to have

• ▹Basic understanding of General Ledger concepts or ERP experience (Acumatica, Sage)
• ▹Acquainted with at least one programming language
• ▹Interest in developing automation testing with TypeScript
• ▹Experience with AI tooling
