Responsibilities

• ▹Build backend services for AI-assisted data modeling workflows that turn natural language into governed schema output
• ▹Develop context-aware AI features that use a customer's data model, naming standards, and governance rules
• ▹Build automated documentation and metadata-generation pipelines that analyze existing schemas
• ▹Build API layers so external AI agents and tools can use SqlDBM as a trusted schema source
• ▹Build backend infrastructure for AI request routing, model selection, cost optimization, and usage metering
• ▹Build governance-aware AI workflows with approval, validation, and compliance logic
• ▹Develop and extend SqlDBM's MCP server for external AI agents and LLM-based tools

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of backend engineering experience
• ▹Experience with C#/.NET, AWS, PostgreSQL, Redis, REST APIs, LLM integration, MCP, and microservices
