Senior Backend Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Own and evolve foundational platform services end-to-end
• ▹Lead backend architecture decisions and author architecture decision records
• ▹Design and maintain versioned, well-documented REST API contracts
• ▹Drive technical quality across performance, observability, security and availability
• ▹Own services end-to-end from coding to deployment, monitoring and on-call support
• ▹Mentor and upskill mid-level and junior engineers
• ▹Drive CI/CD pipelines and operational excellence
• ▹Collaborate with product managers and domain experts to shape the platform roadmap

Requirements

• ▹Senior backend engineering experience with .NET services and Azure
• ▹Experience leading architecture decisions and defining service boundaries
• ▹Experience designing and versioning REST APIs
• ▹Experience owning CI/CD pipelines and operational practices
• ▹Experience mentoring and growing engineers
