Responsibilities

• ▹Design and develop scalable backend applications using Node.js and ExpressJS
• ▹Build, optimize and secure RESTful APIs and microservices for high-throughput production workloads
• ▹Architect relational database models in SQL, optimizing queries and managing schema design
• ▹Take an active role in technical decisions and system architecture design
• ▹Participate heavily in code reviews, providing architectural feedback
• ▹Troubleshoot, debug and resolve complex production issues
• ▹Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams
• ▹Use Docker containerization to streamline development and deployment pipelines
• ▹Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups and retrospectives

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of professional experience in backend software engineering
• ▹Solid production-grade experience with Node.js and ExpressJS
• ▹Extensive hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL), data modeling and performance tuning
• ▹Strong expertise in designing and securing RESTful APIs and service orchestration
• ▹Practical experience with Docker for managing application environments
• ▹Proficiency with Git and continuous integration flows
• ▹Fluent or advanced English communication skills
• ▹Strong problem-solving mindset and technical autonomy
