Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack (Legal Pros)

Responsibilities

• ▹Run experimentation and A/B testing on search and recommendation flows
• ▹Optimize user behavior based on data
• ▹Solve ranking, relevance and result-quality problems
• ▹Independently design, run and analyze experiments
• ▹Use AI tools intensively as part of the daily development workflow
• ▹Work closely with the Search and EVAL team, engineering leadership and product teams

Requirements

• ▹Solid experience with React
• ▹Analytical profile, closer to Data Science than traditional fullstack engineering
• ▹Strong problem-solving ability and solid technical grounding
• ▹Experience with experimentation, testing, optimization and user behavior analysis
• ▹Practical, fluent daily use of AI tools (e.g. Cloud Code, Cursor, agents)
• ▹Good technical communication and willingness to collaborate across teams

Nice to have

• ▹Prior experience with search systems (e.g. Elasticsearch)
• ▹Academic background (Master's or PhD)
• ▹History of publications or applied research projects
