Digital Consulting Architect, CPQ (Spanish-Speaking)

Responsibilities

• ▹Serve as the primary technical authority for CPQ and Quote-to-Cash initiatives in client-facing architectural discussions
• ▹Design Quote-to-Cash processes (product modeling, pricing, discounting, approvals, contracts, order fulfillment)
• ▹Lead architecture and functional design of custom product configurators, including Logik.ai (ServiceNow)
• ▹Translate complex revenue models into scalable CPQ architectures
• ▹Design secure architectures integrating with commerce platforms, ERP, CDPs and middleware
• ▹Create prototypes and proofs of concept with clients and internal teams
• ▹Conduct business and technical discovery, assess current-state systems and define future-state CPQ roadmaps
• ▹Produce functional and architectural documentation and gap analysis
• ▹Contribute hands-on to configuration, development and technical problem-solving
• ▹Mentor consultants, developers and analysts on CPQ architecture patterns
• ▹Partner with Solution Engineering and Sales to scope engagements

Requirements

• ▹Deep functional and technical expertise in CPQ, product configuration, pricing and ordering
• ▹Experience with platforms such as ServiceNow (Logik.ai) and adjacent commerce ecosystems
• ▹Hands-on technical leadership experience designing and delivering CPQ solutions
• ▹Professional fluency in Spanish and English
• ▹Experience designing integration architecture (ERP, CDP, middleware)
• ▹Team leadership and mentoring experience
