Responsibilities

• ▹Own the business responsibility for the group-wide Marketing & Sales Data Product across the customer journey
• ▹Define, develop and prioritize the business roadmap with Marketing, Sales, Analytics and Management
• ▹Develop and harmonize key metrics such as lead conversion, Customer Acquisition Cost and Return on Marketing Investment
• ▹Work with Germany, Austria and other GLS countries to establish a group-wide standard for marketing and sales data
• ▹Define business requirements, data standards and data governance guidelines within a data mesh approach
• ▹Support and enable business departments to use the data product and make data-driven decisions

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Data Product Owner or similar role
• ▹Strong understanding of marketing, sales or CRM processes
• ▹Experience working with data products, analytics or business intelligence solutions
• ▹Knowledge of modern data warehouse and cloud technologies, ideally Snowflake
• ▹Experience with SQL, data modeling and data quality frameworks
• ▹Ability to translate business requirements into concrete data and reporting solutions
• ▹Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
• ▹Very good English skills
