Solutions Engineer - Spain (German Speaking)

Responsibilities

• ▹Guide technical strategy for enterprise sales cycles across EMEA, from discovery to close
• ▹Create tailored demonstrations and narratives aligned with business outcomes
• ▹Lead complex proof-of-concepts, defining success criteria and quantifying business value
• ▹Translate customer needs into scalable solution architectures and clear value propositions
• ▹Collaborate with Account Executives and Product/Engineering on deal orchestration and onboarding
• ▹Support RFP responses and channel structured customer feedback into the product roadmap

Requirements

• ▹Proficiency in English and German; additional European languages preferred
• ▹4+ years in Enterprise Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineering within SaaS or software
• ▹Proven success supporting complex, multi-layered enterprise sales cycles
• ▹Ability to engage both technical teams (architects/developers) and C-suite executives
• ▹Hands-on experience with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and ROI-based solutioning
• ▹Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
