Responsibilities

• ▹Provide technical implementation, configuration and troubleshooting for Falcon's AI-powered detection and response capabilities
• ▹Help customers optimize AI-driven threat detection models and automated response workflows
• ▹Configure and tune machine learning algorithms to reduce false positives
• ▹Develop and implement AI-driven automation playbooks for security operations
• ▹Troubleshoot AI-related customer issues across small to large enterprises
• ▹Develop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs
• ▹Interpret AI-generated alerts and findings together with customers
• ▹Enhance vulnerability prioritization and asset management using CrowdStrike's AI capabilities
• ▹Support integration of Falcon's AI capabilities into customers' existing security tools
• ▹Support Incident Response teams with AI-powered threat hunting and forensic analysis
• ▹Develop and lead AI skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team
• ▹Develop customer-facing AI collateral with the team
• ▹Travel up to 25% of the time

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related field
• ▹8 years of experience performing IT deployments or in an end-user/customer environment
• ▹Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in cybersecurity applications
• ▹Strong understanding of software deployment technologies
• ▹Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac and Linux platforms
• ▹Experience with AI-powered security tools and platforms
