Mobile QA Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the QA process: integration testing on the server, setting up a continuous integration framework
• ▹Scheduled app testing with automated tests for iOS and Android apps
• ▹Utilize both manual and automated testing strategies
• ▹Manage bugs: identification, logging, tracking, and triaging
• ▹Implement a Continuous Integration (CI) system on the server
• ▹Create automated mobile tests for iOS and Android apps, using a platform such as Firebase Test Lab
• ▹Write and execute test plans
• ▹Define and refine requirements with product managers and the team
• ▹Build reusable code and libraries for future use

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of relevant software development experience
• ▹2+ years of software testing experience
• ▹Access to both iPhone and Android devices required
• ▹Excellent English, both written and verbal
• ▹Expert-level experience with automated mobile app testing platforms
• ▹Hands-on experience with CI platforms
• ▹Advanced knowledge of Firebase, especially Android Test Lab
• ▹Experience writing test automation
• ▹Experience with applications interacting with remote APIs (REST, RPC)
• ▹Ability to write clean, well-documented code and unit tests
• ▹Strong communication skills
