Responsibilities

• ▹Collaborate directly with clients, leading PoCs and providing technical support throughout project lifecycles
• ▹Deliver Level 1 customer support across multiple communication channels
• ▹Oversee the full production and delivery chain of media streaming protocols (HLS, DASH)
• ▹Apply network protocols, WebRTC, and P2P technologies
• ▹Use version control tools, microservice architectures, and container orchestration
• ▹Work within AWS and Google Cloud environments
• ▹Implement observability tools and monitoring/logging stacks

Requirements

• ▹Spanish fluency along with English (an additional language is a plus)
• ▹Experience in the CDN market and familiarity with relevant providers
• ▹Proficiency in media streaming protocols (HLS, DASH)
• ▹Knowledge of network protocols, WebRTC, and P2P concepts
• ▹Experience with microservice architectures and container orchestration
• ▹Experience with AWS and Google Cloud environments
