AI Developer Specialist

Responsibilities

• ▹Define and evolve the internal AI tool's roadmap, prioritizing features based on value delivered to teams
• ▹Collaborate with product and engineering teams to continuously improve the tool's features
• ▹Act as a technical reference for management, promoting AI culture and adoption
• ▹Serve as the point of contact for AI-related questions within the organization
• ▹Actively participate in creating and implementing guidelines, policies and best practices for responsible AI use
• ▹Contribute to structuring and formalizing the AI usage process at the leadership level
• ▹Lead the rollout of the formalized process within their management area

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience defining and evolving roadmaps for technology tools, especially AI tools
• ▹Ability to act as a technical reference and positively influence organizational culture
• ▹Experience creating policies and guidelines for responsible AI use
• ▹Ability to collaborate across multiple areas, including product and engineering, to drive continuous tool improvement
• ▹Experience leading organizational change processes

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of software engineering and agile practices
• ▹Experience with multi-agent platforms and generative AI tools
• ▹Strong communication skills to act as a liaison between different areas
