Senior Platform Engineer / SRE

Responsibilities

• ▹Support client projects such as cloud migrations
• ▹Help software craftsperson teams
• ▹Set up and operate CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

• ▹At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a consultancy environment
• ▹Fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken
• ▹Experience building scalable, automated cloud platforms, preferably AWS (EKS, IAM, VPC, Route53, ALB/NLB, RDS, S3)
• ▹Infrastructure as code and CI/CD experience (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation)
• ▹Containerisation and orchestration technology, ideally Kubernetes
• ▹Knowledge of logging and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic)
• ▹Technical ownership, collaborating across engineering teams during complex modernization or cloud migration programmes

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with provisioning tools such as Ansible, Puppet or Chef
• ▹Basic programming knowledge for tooling (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• ▹Running performance and load tests, forecasting capacity
