Responsibilities

• ▹Design polished, user-centric interfaces for mobile and web products.
• ▹Transform product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
• ▹Build intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial services.
• ▹Maintain and evolve BJAK's design system to ensure consistency across products.
• ▹Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers for pixel-perfect implementation.
• ▹Iterate designs using user feedback, analytics, and usability testing.
• ▹Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and visual consistency across devices and platforms.
• ▹Contribute to improving overall product usability, interaction patterns, and visual language.

Requirements

• ▹2-5 years of experience designing digital products, with a strong focus on mobile applications.
• ▹Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, interaction design, and UI craftsmanship.
• ▹Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and modern design workflows.
• ▹Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles, platform guidelines (iOS & Android), and responsive layouts.
• ▹Good understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centered design.
• ▹Ability to simplify complex user journeys into intuitive interfaces.
• ▹High attention to detail with strong visual hierarchy, typography, and spacing.
• ▹Portfolio required - applications without one will not be considered.
