Platform Engineer (Azure & Databricks)

Responsibilities

• ▹Build and configure Azure cloud infrastructure to support the data platform
• ▹Provision infrastructure using Terraform and/or ARM templates
• ▹Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• ▹Deploy and configure Azure Databricks for production readiness
• ▹Automate infrastructure deployment and platform management with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• ▹Collaborate closely with engineering teams to accelerate platform delivery
• ▹Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, optimize platform reliability

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience as a Platform Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or similar hands-on infrastructure role
• ▹Strong experience with Microsoft Azure
• ▹Expertise in Terraform and/or ARM templates
• ▹Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• ▹Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps
• ▹Hands-on experience deploying and configuring Azure Databricks
• ▹Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud automation
• ▹Ability to work independently in a fast-paced delivery environment

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with data engineering platforms or modern data ecosystems
• ▹Knowledge of cloud security and governance best practices
• ▹Experience working in Agile delivery teams
