Veeva and Master Data Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• ▹Build, configure and maintain Veeva CRM/Vault objects, layouts, rules, workflows, reports and dashboards
• ▹Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions
• ▹Operate day-to-day MDM processes: evaluate and maintain HCP/HCO/account data per established business rules and data quality criteria
• ▹Execute data quality improvements: data clean-up, validation, and maintenance of customer hierarchies and affiliations
• ▹Support MDM and CRM integration activities, including onboarding and data migration
• ▹Partner with Commercial Data Enablement, Analytics, Sales Operations and IT teams
• ▹Act as a frontline support resource for field teams, performing functional testing and validation
