Responsibilities

• ▹Create high-quality work that delights users and meets company objectives
• ▹Collaborate with Design, Product and Development teams worldwide
• ▹Mentor junior-level UX designers and evolve processes, tools and systems
• ▹Write documentation and usage guidelines for design system components
• ▹Manage medium to large-scale projects independently

Requirements

• ▹5+ years in UX product design, primarily on native apps as well as web
• ▹Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept to execution
• ▹Excellent design craft with an eye for detail and consistency
• ▹Expert-level knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• ▹Deep understanding of the differences between Android and iOS design languages
• ▹Great communication and time management skills

Nice to have

• ▹Illustration, brand identity design, motion design, UX copy strategy skills
