Back-End Developer

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, build, and maintain reliable backend services using Python, Django, and related technologies
• ▹Create and evolve RESTful APIs powering front-end and mobile applications and third-party integrations
• ▹Monitor, identify, and resolve performance bottlenecks
• ▹Contribute to the technical architecture of the platform
• ▹Implement and enforce security best practices for sensitive health data (HIPAA, GDPR)

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• ▹5+ years of professional experience as a Back-End Developer
• ▹2+ years of hands-on Python experience
• ▹Experience with Django, including Django REST framework
• ▹Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
• ▹Strong understanding of software architecture principles

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with TypeScript and Node.js
• ▹Experience with GCP, Docker, Terraform, Celery, Datadog
