Senior Cybersecurity Consultant (IAM)

Responsibilities

• ▹Strengthening clients' information system security across GRC, digital resilience and technology expertise areas
• ▹Leading complex end-to-end IAM programs
• ▹Conducting IAM infrastructure audits
• ▹Developing IAM roadmaps
• ▹Supporting clients on identity governance
• ▹Driving change management across large, heterogeneous client populations
• ▹Mapping access rights matrices
• ▹Formalizing IAM processes
• ▹Producing functional and technical scoping notes and strategic deployment plans
• ▹Contributing to pre-sales: qualification, proposal writing, presentations

Requirements

• ▹Engineering or Master's degree
• ▹At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• ▹Knowledge of on-premise and Cloud IAM concepts, IGA, PAM, zero-trust
• ▹Knowledge of identity and federation technologies: AD, ADFS, EntraID, SSO, MFA, PKI, CIAM, IDaaS
• ▹Experience on large identity and governance infrastructure deployment programs
• ▹At least two significant experiences integrating and deploying IAM/PAM products such as CyberArk, Wallix, UserCube in a large organization
• ▹Excellent interpersonal skills
• ▹Strong oral and written communication
• ▹Ability to explain complex topics clearly to varied audiences
• ▹Rigor, reliability, enthusiasm, team spirit
• ▹Autonomy in client missions
