Technical Services Developer

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, develop, and maintain scalable technical solutions: integrations and automations built on Workato, internal tools, reporting, web applications, plugins, and BigCommerce integration enhancements
• ▹Perform tests with proof of results and participate in peer code reviews
• ▹Write clear setup guides and deployment methodologies for Implementation Specialists and clients
• ▹Participate in daily stand-ups and provide workload estimates
• ▹Take on-call support shifts as a rotating 'TS Hero'
• ▹Review peers' code and propose new solutions

Requirements

• ▹4+ years of experience in software engineering, front-end, and back-end development/integrations
• ▹Experience with Node.js and Vue.js
• ▹Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication methods, and asynchronous workflows
• ▹Ability to design scalable, efficient, and maintainable technical solutions
• ▹Experience with SQL databases or data warehouses (Snowflake a plus)
• ▹Interest in full stack development, Git workflows, and CI/CD practices
• ▹Strong troubleshooting and debugging mindset
• ▹Fluent English (US/UK)

Nice to have

• ▹Exposure to cloud platforms
• ▹French speaking
• ▹Knowledge of BigCommerce
