Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• ▹Promote agile values and good practices across the teams and the organization, making sure teams have suitable tooling
• ▹Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure a shared understanding of goals
• ▹Communicate with stakeholders to protect teams from outside interruptions
• ▹Help the team write, update and understand backlogs
• ▹Coach the team to maximize the value of each iteration
• ▹Look after the well-being of each team member and help resolve individual, team and technical issues
• ▹Track team metrics: velocity, burndown/burnup, commitment

Requirements

• ▹Ideally an engineering or technical degree (Bac+4 or Bac+5 level)
• ▹Solid command of the Scrum framework and notions of scaled agile
• ▹Significant technical experience and several years of experience in agile projects
