Senior Prompt Engineer (Netherlands, Remote, Part-Time)

Responsibilities

• ▹Create baseline prompts using Automatic Prompt Generation tools
• ▹Run and supervise Automated Prompt Optimization tooling
• ▹Manually draft, test, and refine prompts for edge cases
• ▹Monitor shadowbot runs for human/LLM disagreements
• ▹Measure autorater quality against gold data (F1, precision, recall)
• ▹Draft launch readiness certification documentation

Requirements

• ▹Native Dutch fluency, fluent English
• ▹Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• ▹4+ years prompt engineering experience
• ▹Proven LLM tuning experience for structured outputs and classification
• ▹Strong SQL/data analytics proficiency
• ▹Ability to master proprietary tools quickly

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with enterprise LLM interfaces (e.g. Goose API)
• ▹AI model evaluation or computational linguistics experience
• ▹Automated Prompt Optimization workflow experience
• ▹Linguistic expertise in semantics and logic
