Lead Web Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Set technical direction for internal and public web projects
• ▹Build shared component libraries, CI/CD pipelines, monorepo setups
• ▹Establish developer tooling and deployment automation
• ▹Collaborate closely with the designer on product shape
• ▹Build a safe framework with review process for non-engineers to ship software
• ▹Use and steer AI-agentic development tools daily

Requirements

• ▹Experience shipping production web applications end-to-end
• ▹Experience making and living with major architectural decisions
• ▹Proven experience with cross-project infrastructure (component libraries, CI/CD, monorepo, deployment automation)
• ▹Strong understanding of web security, performance, and browser capabilities
• ▹Daily use and effective steering of AI-agentic development tools
• ▹Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD, testing strategy, and developer tooling for teams
