Responsibilities

• ▹Implement SuccessFactors solutions based on functional and technical concepts
• ▹Ensure quality through structured testing and documentation
• ▹Own modules, topic areas, or work packages within project teams
• ▹Develop HR solutions, designs, and integration scenarios in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
• ▹Translate functional requirements into actionable SuccessFactors solutions

Requirements

• ▹3-5 years of experience consulting or implementing SAP SuccessFactors
• ▹Understanding of core HR processes (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding)
• ▹Experience working on complex projects, independently handling modules
• ▹Clear, structured communication in client environments
• ▹Willingness for project-related travel
