• ▹Lead multiple feature teams across Transfers, Client Treasury, and GTPN Infrastructure
• ▹Oversee the strategy, architecture, development, and operation of the GTPN team
• ▹Collaborate with product managers and designers to bring finance products from concept to launch
• ▹Leverage data to measure product success and identify optimization opportunities
• ▹Clear roadblocks, provide context and guidance to teams, and manage escalations
• ▹Work with global stakeholders to define the tech vision of the business domain

Requirements

• ▹10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture
• ▹Proven track record leading large, high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
• ▹Strong product sense and business acumen alongside technical depth
• ▹Data-driven, analytical mindset
• ▹Excellent collaboration and knowledge-sharing skills
