Responsibilities

• ▹Work with local/regional stakeholders, product, and development teams to set up and monitor products, metrics, and KPIs
• ▹Deep-dive into business metrics using applied statistics and probability techniques
• ▹Develop and maintain scalable visualization tools and storytelling dashboards
• ▹Build optimization processes to tune features per geography
• ▹Build strong stakeholder relationships bridging technology, business, and product
• ▹Continuously explore delivery time, efficiency, and cost metrics

Requirements

• ▹1-2 years of professional experience in a quantitative analysis role
• ▹Excellent SQL and Excel/Google Sheets skills
• ▹Proficiency in statistical programming (Python/R) with tools like Pandas, SciPy, Seaborn, Jupyter/iPython notebooks, R Markdown
• ▹Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, PowerBI
• ▹Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• ▹Strong spoken and written English
