Information Security Analyst - M&A Integration

Responsibilities

• ▹Executing comprehensive security risk assessments of target companies (technical stack, data privacy controls, breach records)
• ▹Mapping acquired companies' security controls against the ISO 27001 framework and developing prioritized remediation plans
• ▹Leading the technical migration of identity providers, endpoint management, and cloud environments
• ▹Managing the secure consolidation of Shadow IT and legacy systems from acquired companies
• ▹Conducting post-integration penetration testing and vulnerability scans
• ▹Translating technical vulnerabilities into risk-based business language for the M&A steering committee
• ▹Acting as the primary security liaison between Legal, IT, HR, and Development during integration
• ▹Facilitating workshops and training for acquired companies' staff on security culture and compliance
• ▹Coordinating with external auditors and service providers on contract transitions
• ▹Designing and refining a scalable M&A Security Integration Playbook
• ▹Evaluating and implementing specialized M&A discovery tools and scripts
