Mobile Engineer / iOS

Responsibilities

• ▹Contribute to the development of new features and maintain existing features of the Freetrade iOS app
• ▹Ensure high performance, quality, security, and responsiveness of the application
• ▹Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, design, product, QA) to define, design, and ship new features
• ▹Write tests and participate in code reviews to ensure the robustness of the application
• ▹Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs
• ▹Help maintain code quality, organisation, automation, and application releases
• ▹Ensure customer satisfaction by participating in a support rota

Requirements

• ▹Typically around 3-5 years of experience developing production-grade mobile applications
• ▹Strong problem-solving ability and passion for improving your skills
• ▹Good understanding of mobile architectural patterns such as MVVM, MVP, or VIPER
• ▹Experience using industry-standard iOS development tools
• ▹Familiarity with Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit
• ▹Experience with RxSwift and/or Swift Concurrency
• ▹Dependency injection experience (e.g. Factory)
• ▹Experience with modular architecture using Swift Packages
• ▹Experience with GraphQL APIs (e.g. Apollo)
