Middle to Senior Python Developer (Sports Team) - Remote

Responsibilities

• ▹Make architectural decisions for the product backend
• ▹Implement design, develop the backend and write tests
• ▹Monitor the reliable operation of production
• ▹Monitor performance and optimize wherever necessary
• ▹Implement regulatory and compliance requirements, and integrate with government platforms and reporting services
• ▹Develop KYC and customer verification processes, responsible gambling features and risk management solutions

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of commercial development experience, with hands-on coding on your own, even without AI tools
• ▹Excellent knowledge of Python 3.x and Django
• ▹Experience in the design and development of complex, highly loaded systems
• ▹Excellent knowledge of general programming topics: design patterns, data structures and algorithms
• ▹Native proficiency or fluency in Russian
• ▹Upper intermediate or intermediate proficiency in English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, and understanding of the key features of each
• ▹Experience in iGaming, KYC, compliance or other regulated domains
