Responsibilities

• ▹Design cloud architecture (AWS/Azure, GCP welcome) with AI components as integral parts of the system
• ▹Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions, cost models and roadmaps
• ▹Co-create offers and support presales: discovery, scoping, estimates, solution presentations and talks with prospects
• ▹Implement and coordinate delivery from PoC/MVP to production, with emphasis on quality, reliability and observability
• ▹FinOps: cost-aware design, TCO calculations, mechanisms for optimizing consumption and budget
• ▹Automation (CI/CD, IaC, DevOps) and security and compliance standards
• ▹Workshops with clients (ideation, target architecture, technology decisions) and relationship building at the business-IT boundary
• ▹Mentoring and knowledge sharing in project teams

Requirements

• ▹Strong cloud experience: very good knowledge of AWS and/or Azure (architecture, PaaS services, security, networking)
• ▹Ability to cover the whole solution, from architecture to delivery and operations (ownership)
• ▹Practice with AI in the cloud: designing solutions with AI/ML components (managed AI services, LLMs, MLOps integrations) and using AI copilots to speed up engineering tasks (IaC, tests, documentation)
• ▹DevOps/platform skills: CI/CD, IaC (e.g. Terraform), Kubernetes, monitoring/observability (e.g. Prometheus/Grafana/OpenTelemetry), SRE best practices
• ▹Understanding of the client's business perspective and experience supporting sales/presales (workshops, offers, presentations)
• ▹At least 5 years of experience

Nice to have

• ▹Multi-cloud experience (AWS + Azure), GCP as an additional plus
• ▹Knowledge of FinOps (e.g. TCO calculations, showback/chargeback, storage/compute cost optimization)
• ▹Process modeling (e.g. BPMN) and leading discovery
• ▹Cloud/FinOps/DevOps certifications (e.g. AWS/Azure Architect, CKA/CKAD, FinOps Certified)

• ▹B2B contract: PLN 155–230 per hour net + VAT
• ▹Employment contract: PLN 18,800–27,880 gross per month
