Senior Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Participate in account strategy planning with the Sales team
• ▹Work closely with the Sales team to qualify and prioritize opportunities
• ▹Lead end-to-end Presales activities and create strong value propositions
• ▹Perform tailored, high-level demos demonstrating business value
• ▹Ensure delivery of strong RFx responses, contextualized demos, and powerful PoVs
• ▹Design solutions to fit client needs and environment during the sales process
• ▹Resolve client concerns around technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture
• ▹Be an evangelist of UiPath solutions by identifying customer needs and showcasing the best solution
• ▹Develop solution architectures for secure on-prem, hybrid, and public cloud UiPath implementations
• ▹Participate in knowledge sharing inside and outside the Presales team
• ▹Build solutions for different industry verticals, with a focus on the public sector
• ▹Support marketing initiatives through evangelism activities, including blogs and speaking engagements
• ▹Work closely with Product teams to improve functionality
• ▹Engage in product release cycles and provide feedback on the roadmap

Requirements

• ▹Demonstrable track record in a client-facing Presales/Sales Engineering/Solution Architect position
• ▹Good balance of technical, business, and sales skills
• ▹Strong communication, discovery, and interpersonal skills, with proven relationship-building experience
• ▹Experience in process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, automation solutions, and AI technologies like LLMs and agents
• ▹Self-motivated, proactive approach with innovative ideas
• ▹Team player attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• ▹Willingness to travel
